makes me want to uninstall maxthon because of this crap! what's the real benefit of this add-on?

Seriously? I spent the day trying to figure out how my google search got taken over by malware and I find it is Maxthon doing it? Maxthon is the malware? If this is not removed (automatically, same as it was installed) within the next day or two, I am uninstalling this from all my devices. Not cool, maxthon devs, not cool!
